Iron workers Local 70 Training Center is comprised of Classroom and Shop Facilities where Apprentices and Journey gain Craft and Safety Specific knowledge and training. This is where the initial education begins for all new Ironworkers and where the Journeymen Ironworker comes to be upgraded for an ever evolving industry.
The Training Campus is two large buildings conveniently located next to our Union Hall. A High Bay Multiuse Building with its forever changing uses and is normally set-up for Rigging, Structural, Reinforcing, and Fencing. The Weld Shop and School Administration Building houses the Staff Offices and areas for all types of Welding, Burning and Cutting.
